A good diet and regular exercises are good to have a healthy .I agree with this statement a good diet makes that you feel better and make that you lose weight to fell comfortable. And a regular exercise makes that you be more able to do exercises and have less heart attack’s opportunities. When you make exercise you burn calories by the sweep and when you burn calories you lose weight. When you do exercise you form muscular mass and this makes you stronger. And with the muscular mass you burn fats easily and faster. My final tip is that you haven’t be fat because that makes you feel bad and tired.
